I just had to edit one of my activations for tomorrow. Couldn`t see how to do it in SW2 so had to use the old alerts page. Is it missing - or is my brain missing ;-)) Steve.

No, your brain is intact but my code had a hole in it. Now plugged.
Your alert should be editable now.
