DB activation entry failed

I am trying to enter my recent activations in EI land, however, I am getting an error on submitting the first page:

Date cannot be in the future or more than 15 years ago.

My first thought was that it had something to do with new SOTA reference numbers but am getting the same error on existing SOTA. The date is being selected from the screen widget (all July 2016).

Any thoughts?

Try selecting 30 June (when you did EI/IE-074) not 30 July!
