Nice QRG on 80 for a new year activation!

I was impressed by just how busy 80m was last night, much busier than 40 metres. We ought to use it more often!
As usual, I’m doing a UTC rollover SOTA activation at New Years eve and New Year’s Day. This year I’ve chosen DM/HE-003, a 10 p summit not far from where I live. WX condx were comfortable in terms of temperature, but heavy winds up to 8 Bft (fresh Gale). It snowed an rained a little bit throughout the night and in the morning. My tent showed it’s storm proof condition.
Propagation condx on 40m were unreliable, but I managed to work 8 stations on 80m, 4 of them in 2017 and the other in 2018. I’ve got the UK, Norway, Austria and Spain into my Log. I’m Looking forward to some S2S QSOs in Europe next New Years Eve!
