Antenna forgotten

I had forgotten my antenna … but a friend, retrieve quickly the antenna. And he was quick.

Somehow it didn’t strike me as any more crazy than sliding down the rails of the Snowdon Mountain Railway balanced on a suitably shaped stone!

Back in the 60’s and 70’s all the climbers did it because it had been a favourite trick of their heroes, Joe Brown and Don Whillans, I had a snatch of film on 8 mm but that’s long lost! The trick was bailing out when the train came in sight…
