5MHz FE in use

Please note that there is currently (1000z Wednesday) a military exercise on 5.400MHz USB. This makes FE unusable for us. I thought I would post something on here as the exercise might be mistaken for the illegal fishphone that sometimes occupies this frequency.

Please take care not to interfere with this operation and please ask any SOTA stations who pop up to use one of the other frequencies. With just a quick listen on set up on a hill they might not be aware that the frequency is in use.

Channel FM also appears to be in use by the same exercise. Both channels are being used for voice and data.

Be patient. They almost certainly will have a frequency change tomorrow.
